Rouvelee’s Creations is a cake business based in the eastern suburb of Melbourne, Australia.  It is owned and operated by Rouvelee Ilagan, a trained cake artist, whose passion for baking, cake decorating, and figure modelling, made it possible for Rouvelee’s Creations to be born.
